On average, our builds typically take around seven to ten months to complete, but larger or more complex projects may take longer.
What is the Buildertrend app?
The Buildertrend app is how we communicate with our clients in real-time. It allows clients who don’t live nearby to stay completely up-to-date on their projects. From build updates to progress photos, this app helps our clients feel they are on the ground with us.
Clients receive texts or emails when they need to make decisions, which helps us stay in touch. Using an app also means that all of the information is stored in one easily accessible place.
What locations on the Big Island do you serve?
We serve Kailua-Kona and Kohala.
What if I don’t live in Hawai’i full time?
The majority of the clients we work with actually live on the mainland. Because of this, we’ve become experts at managing everything from the ground up. Whether it’s general site work or putting in a new pool, you can feel confident that we have everything taken care of.
We also prioritize working closely with your architect or designer and holding them accountable throughout the process. We know what we’re doing, and our clients trust us to help manage their projects when they can’t be there.
How long does it take to build a house?

Our team specializes in new residential and commercial construction, as well as commercial tenant improvements. We don’t offer residential renovations, choosing instead to focus on creating homes from the ground up.

What’s the deal with planning permissions?
Typically your architect or designer will help you with all HOA approvals and other permits. Once these have been completed, we then take a final look to ensure that everything is accurate.
